Strawberry Delight

We pack your pottery in a professional manner for shipping process.  However, if the item arrives broken, please take a picture of the box your item was delivered in with delivery details, the broken item and inform us within 72 hours of receiving your item. You will receive a full refund excluding the shipping fee.

All orders in Singapore will be delivered via Qxpress/Ninja Van courier services or hand delivered within 5 working days. International orders will be sent via a reputable international courier service.  We are advised that shipping to countries outside Singapore should take no more than 7-10 working days, but our experience is that it can sometimes take a bit longer.

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

Colours shown may be slightly different from actual item as each monitor’s display varies.  We have made every effort to display item’s colour as accurately as possible.

All measurements of width, depth and height are as accurate as we can. The measurement units used are centimetres (cm).
